Not so good customer satisfaction experience I like the Sales person on very first visit how he treat us for test drive and also give us good information. And based on that i like to give business to your dealership. But i found not good experience from your sales manager who hide some of the protection package cost information even we ask specifically during our discussion for deal. And as i was not getting good deal, i have to reduce navigation and rear entertainment system to adjust the car price in my budget. And at the end finance manager told us about those protection plan which we really need for our car. Which cost me 2200-2300$ more. This cost also got reduce as Adam (Finance manager) help to make discount as much as possible. But i am still disappointed for this as this need to be told by sales manager during our discussion when we ask for daunt protection coverage. I was getting good deal from Toyota which include all accessories and Floor Mats as well. And even i gave business to Honda Schaumburg, they don't gave me anything like good floor mat as complementary. So i am really disappointed and not happy with my purchase from Honda Schaumburg dealership. In future i will never buy any car and never suggest any friends and family as i am really very unhappy with my purchase from here. More

My schedule is not super flexible so Deron worked with me via email and text throughout the whole process and was quite engaging. My car was ready for me when I arrived (in a snowstorm) and Deron was gracious enough to take a selfie with me to commemorate the occasion. He also reached out to make sure I made it home safely. Shout out to Deron and the Schaumburg Honda team for their attentive, thoughtful service. I don't expect to need to buy another car for at least 10 years so I'll see you then!
