Service Department We took our Honda Pilot in for its oil change and overall check up before the real winter weather hit u, and an oil leak/oil pan issue. VJ was the se We took our Honda Pilot in for its oil change and overall check up before the real winter weather hit u, and an oil leak/oil pan issue. VJ was the service advisor helping us and went to a great deal of trouble explaining what could be causing an oil leak that we thought we had, rather than an oil pan problem. Sure enough, when the car was ready to come home, VJ told us that there were no leaking issues with the car or any its moving parts. The problem was as he thought and the issue was fixed. We have only had our car for a little over two years now, but have found the service department staff to be very helpful and friendly each time we brought the car in for any type of service. Sue T.
