Poor not happy with customer service I usually don’t leave a review but this time I am since I was very disappointed this time. First my shuttle driver was eating his donut and licking his fingers during my ride. He couldn’t wait until he returned. Disgusting. Second had to pick up my own car in lot instead if it being delivered to customer which I have always experienced there. Also could barely get out of spot since so tight with cars parked in front took 5 turns to pull out and all the crap was still left in car from service fir me to dispose of. And finally being recommended that I need a new pollen filter when I just replaced myself this past summer. Makes me wonder if they actual are checking or just trying to get me to spend money. Very disappointed this time around. More
