Long wait for an oil change. For the most part I’ve received fairly good service at your dealership the last three years. BUT an hour for an oil and filter change is way to long. The previous oil change I had done at your facility was 1:30 so I guess you’ve improved somewhat. If you had an out building, like a Jiffy Lube, that just handled the basic servicing where your customers could pull in and out in 30 minutes or less, and be as competive on their prices, I’d bet You would have more business and much happier customers. I dropped off my car to the Honda service with the expectation to change my sta So here is the story about my Honda Element 2007 with starter problem. I dropped off my car to the Honda service with the expectation to change my starter motor after 122 000 which is normal after all this mileage. After 3 days I picked up my car and after driving about 10 miles I noticed some smoke coming from the front of the engine and also the engine was ticking and there was a sounding different. I also noticed that some of the clips were missing from lower end of the splash guard and there were some loose screws by the wheel well liner. Overall this is really unacceptable from the Honda service. More
Scheduled oil change I arrived early for my 11:15 oil change appointment. I told my service rep I’d be waiting for my car. An hour and 40 minutes later, no one had come to I arrived early for my 11:15 oil change appointment. I told my service rep I’d be waiting for my car. An hour and 40 minutes later, no one had come to speak to me or tell me my car was ready. I asked one of the employees at the register, who was very pleasant and looked up the progress on my car for me. She said it was still showing that it was being worked on but to find my service rep for more info. I located my rep and asked about my car. He told me to hang on a minute and walked away for about two minutes. When he came back, he said, “Yeah, it’s ready,” with no explainantion as to why it took so long or any apology for not letting me know the work was done. I understand it was busy at the time but an oil change with a pre-scheduled appointment should not take an hour and 40 minutes. And I wonder how much longer I would have remained there had I not sought out my service rep. Not a great experience. More
