2011 Honda CRV They replaced piston rings free of cost because the car was eating away the oil due to manufacturing defect. Lets wait and see what happens now. Very dirty. Didn't even include a car wash The customer waiting area was dirty. I had an oil change and tire rotation. They didnt even was the outside of my car. Pilot recall Had the air bag recall issue taken care of without a problem. However, service rep called with 3 upsell items, totaling around $600!! Somehow, they always manage to find a upsell item or two. Last time it was a brake issue. When we took the car to a local repair shop, they said there wasn't an immediate issue and we could wait a few thousand miles more before replacing the brakes. AND, THEIR CAR WASH IS VERY SELDOM OPERATIONAL. With what their cars sell for and the high price of their repairs, the least they could do for their loyal customers is keep the car wash operational. It's a small,thing but worth it's weight in gold as PR. More

So, all in all, this service call went as good as can be expected Now, however, your price for an oil change is absurd. I would rather do it myself Secondly, the high seating in the waiting area are dangerous. Prepare yourself for a law suit when someone falls on their xxx. More
