Pilot recall Had the air bag recall issue taken care of without a problem. However, service rep called with 3 upsell items, totaling around $600!! Somehow, they always manage to find a upsell item or two. Last time it was a brake issue. When we took the car to a local repair shop, they said there wasn't an immediate issue and we could wait a few thousand miles more before replacing the brakes. AND, THEIR CAR WASH IS VERY SELDOM OPERATIONAL. With what their cars sell for and the high price of their repairs, the least they could do for their loyal customers is keep the car wash operational. It's a small,thing but worth it's weight in gold as PR. More
