nice people disappointing service The people were very nice but the service not so much. I made an appointment to have a recall done. I was told it would take 2 hours. We called before we went and were told they were running a little behind but we went at our appointed time. Upon arrival we were told service time was now going to be 3 hours - it ended up being 4. We asked if they could also check the brakes which I guess is part of an automatic check. I looked over the checklist when I got home and noticed that the mileage on the checklist was very different from my actual mileage and then checked the VIN number and found that they had given us the checklist from someone else's car. I immediately called and was told I could drive all the way back there and get mine or you would FAX it but couldn't e-mail it or send it by regular mail. Really??? It wasn't my fault. The checklist is a great idea but only if I get one that pertains to my car. We talked to the service rep the next and and I'm not sure if you're sending it or not. Time will tell. More
