A bad experience! I will never go to this center again. They tried to charge me for a “temporary fix” on splash guard pan ; added $110 for new one. Unfair. Terrible customer service Was told It’s gonna take hour an a half, for recall and oil change as well. Actually took them over 4 hours without saying anything what is going on. service for airbag recall Airbag recall informed it would take 1 1/2 hours...after 3 hours I walked over to service to see the status...no one bothered to cone out explaining d Airbag recall informed it would take 1 1/2 hours...after 3 hours I walked over to service to see the status...no one bothered to cone out explaining delay....after checking said it would be 10 more minutes.....service consultant came out handed me my keys and paperwork, pointed me to where my car was parked and that was it...no explanation of delay...no explanation of the courtesy inspection which there were a few notes of recommendations.....I felt as if they forgot about me and just sent me on my way...my previous experiences were very good...this one left me scratching my head More

Not satisfactory. Was supposed to have windshield replaced, but when received call to say car was ready, cracked was repaired, not replaced. Window was taped up. I was given no instructions about when to remove tape, when car could be washed. I had to ask to get that information. More

I had another appointment at a different dealership but after I went there I just really liked the way things went at Schaumburg Honda. I ended up purchasing the car and beforehand had contacted buzz so when I arrived to buy the car they already had everything set up for me. The transition was smooth and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a Honda. More

CPO Purchase 15' CR-Z I've worked in the dealership industry for almost 6 years now, being 25 that's basically my entire career so far. I started, and have been with a top I've worked in the dealership industry for almost 6 years now, being 25 that's basically my entire career so far. I started, and have been with a top 10% store since day one so good service has come to be the normal for me. My salesman was John Bucher, an older gentleman that seems to care more about the customer than a commission check. (A rarity in today's market to be honest, given that most sales and service personnel are 100% commission.) He was pleasant to talk to, and easy to work with. He came from another career path, and seems to genuinely enjoy working at the store as a salesman. For being the only Manual CR-Z 13' and up in the area, I really was expecting pushy sales tactics and nonsensical add ons, all of which I've had to deal with indirectly before, on the other end of the table. MY finance guy, Adam, was also relatable, and easy to work with. I did not haggle price a whole lot, the car was what was promised, and already priced slightly below the going market for Manual low mileage CR-Zs I would highly recommend John, and I can personally certify that he is more concerned about you, than his check at the end of the month. More
