Terrible experience Went in for a tire repair / replacement (didn’t know if a patch would solve the problem) I was quoted 1 1/2 to 3 hours for the issue to be resolved. I Went in for a tire repair / replacement (didn’t know if a patch would solve the problem) I was quoted 1 1/2 to 3 hours for the issue to be resolved. I called multiple times for an update and never received one. I got a call at 5pm saying that they had to replace the tire and that the just started working on it. I waited around till 6pm to find out they didn’t have the proper tpms calibrater to fix the issue. More

Timely, good communication, a bit pricey for "little stuff" A good place to have your Honda services done. They are timely and call to communicate quite effectively. Definitely some place you'll want to drop off vs stay as the waiting area is NOT very nice for a long duration, especially if you have kids. They do offer a shuttle which can get you to the mall if you can't get a ride. I find them competitively priced for bigger ticket service work but pricey, especially without a coupon, for things like a simple oil change. All that said I had a pressure low alert on my vehicle one day. I drove up and they filled up my front tire and checked all the rest on the spot with no appointment or fee and were very friendly about it (and quiet too because my 1 year old was napping in the car)!
