Sold invalid warranty ( informed after last repair ) When I bought the vehicle I paid for the premium warranty, took vehicle in for work and was told the warranty is no longer valid. I still have issues with the vehicle that fall under the warranty I purchased( was told i was sold wrong warranty) but now i can't get them fixed even though I haven't reached the 40k limit. Now I just get the run around and cryptic answers to my questions requesting warranty repair. More

Service experience greatly exceeded my expections After years of trouble-free driving, our 2014 CR-V suddenly experienced multiple problems at the same time. I stopped by the service department and s After years of trouble-free driving, our 2014 CR-V suddenly experienced multiple problems at the same time. I stopped by the service department and spoke with Lance Dias about the vehicle's problems and to schedule an appointment. Lance was extremely thorough in reviewing my concerns and suggested I leave the car for a couple days while arranging for a loaner. The problem turned out to be a bigger repair than I had hoped for, but Lance worked with Honda and secured a repair covered by the vehicle's warranty. While there Lance pointed out some gaps in service and arranged to have these addressed while the larger repair took place. So while I ended up spending on service I hadn't planned on at this time (Lance is very persuasive), Lance made the process easy and instilled considerable confidence. My next visit to Honda, I'll be asking for Lance. More
