DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE I was looking for a CR-V XLE AWD and got several quotes from various dealers through their websites. One of them was Schaumburg Honda and in their quo I was looking for a CR-V XLE AWD and got several quotes from various dealers through their websites. One of them was Schaumburg Honda and in their quote they say " *PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE ON ANY IN STOCK MERCHANDISE*" so I told them the lowest offer that I got which was about $500 less than theirs. I was asked for proof of this so I sent them screenshots of the emails I got. I was asked for even more details so I sent everything including the breakdown of the OTD price (tax, plates, etc.). After all that, I was told "there's no way to get to that price", "I can't get to that number" and "good luck when you get there". So what about the guarantee? Apparently it's not really a guarantee and they only honor it if they feel like it. Seems like false advertising to me. I had copied the GM in one of my emails and he eventually told me they'll match it but too late. Even if they beat the other offer I would not buy a car from this dealership. I would rather pay more somewhere where they are true to their word and do not trick you. More

He was polite, patient, very informative and pleasant to talk with. He explained a process and what needs to be done to fix my van's problem. I left my Odyssey with him at peace of mind that it is in good hands. Kept me updated and fully informed over the phone. My 11 years old Honda Odyssey is like brand new again.
