New 2019 Pilot Purchase Good experience while purchaseing the car. But few things at the time of delivery was not good experience 1. I had bouhght all weather floor mats and it was supposed to be installed in the car at the time of delivery. But it was not installed and nobody from dealership bothered to tell me about it. I realized day after and had to follow up with them and still dont have date by when it will be in stock at dealership. Now my car floor carpets are all dirty and I have to spend money for car wash for 2 days old brand new car. I hope dealership will help with car wash. 2. There is some noice from 3rd row roof in the car. Looks like some loose part (nut or bolt) beneath the roof liner. I was expecting the expencive elite cas was well inspected before delivering to the customer. More

Deceived on price “They lied about the price. It was a cash deal, but then they didn't include any of the taxes or title fees in our agreed final price which was stated “They lied about the price.
