service on honda cr-v. I have always found everyone in the service dept to be very friendly & helpful. Service from everyone has always been good there. End result was not satisfactory. The person that helped me "Kelly" was very nice but that is where the good experience stopped. I understand that a business needs to make money, but a 10x profit margin on parts is ridiculous...I paid almost $500 for a $49 part...I figured for the extra money they were using new not remanufactured parts, not the case. Took them three days to get the part that was readily avail. at any local parts store. When the vehicle was returned to me the battery was completely dead (it was able to be charged). The radio was led inoperable because they disconnected the battery and did not re-enter the security code. The front grill was left scratched and has grease all over it from where the mechanic was leaning over into the engine compartment. the "Diagnostic Fee" was not included in the price of the repair. I can understand if a car is brought in and the owner does not have service done....but if one brings a vehicle in for a repair and has that labor done but the service company, they should include the diagnosis fee in the labor for the repair. More

But i guess my service plan was used. It is good if this was totally complimentary without using my service plan. But it is really bad if this was done against my service plan. More
