It was going to take 3 days to order the part and they quoted us double the cost to fix it what we were quoted by the PepBoys down the street who was able to fix it that same day. Very friendly service representatives who explained what was happening every step of the way and gave us options. They even offered to drive me home while the work was performed even though I was out of the distance range. But ultimately the cost being so much higher than other places is what caused us to get the work completed elsewhere. More

(I used the online offer feature because I had a bad experience at a different dealership the previous day) Got a call from Jim within a couple of minutes after submitting my offer. Within a few minutes we had agreed on a price. (Jim listened while I explained what I required in a car and my price point) I submitted my loan application information online. (1.99% financing) Got an immediate follow-up email from the finance department confirming my financing was approved. Sergio called me to inform me that the car and paperwork would be waiting for me after work. When we arrived at the dealership, Sergio had the car waiting and it was immaculate, staged (radio stations set) and full of gas. Jim and Sergio were professional, courteous and respectful. Car Leaking Oil Overall Boti was very nice and professional and helped in many ways. But the vehicle I purchased is leaking oil at a high rate, car shakes at speeds o Overall Boti was very nice and professional and helped in many ways. But the vehicle I purchased is leaking oil at a high rate, car shakes at speeds over 55+ MPH, and tires were very worn. I did receive a discount on the vehicle for the worn tires. But I was not told about the leaking oil after Boti claims they go through an "inspection." I do not know how certified mechanics miss a car leaking oil this bad. He was honest about some other issues with the car and I appreciated that but I would have rather known about the mechanical ones since those will be the most expensive to fix. Boti was extremely helpful, nice, and treated me great! I just wish I was told about the leaking oil and vehicle shaking at higher rates of speed. I would recommend Boti but be very careful purchasing a used vehicle from them and make sure you get it inspected somewhere else. Do not put your trust into them with the mechanical condition of the vehicle. More
