Totally forgot their policy of repair and replacement might not be the same and that’s true. Repair of a tire was $35. At the time of purchase of my tires at Discount I paid a nominal fee for insurance which resulted in me not having to pay any fee for repair or replacement. Remember to purchase your tires from Discount Tires. Don’t purchase from a dealer. They cost more and won’t repair or replace your tire for free. Don’t get caught up like I did. More

My wife and I drove our 2013 CR-V into Ed's office and he showed us some new models and spoke about a transition. I really like his friendly and professional attitude and easy going manner. Then he crunched some numbers and it was a no-brainier decision. A few moments later we drove out the facility in a brand NEW 2018 Honda CR-V., smiling all the way home. We are thrilled! I know that I'm going to receive outstanding service and I can always rely on Ed with a friendly smile, handshake and warm, "Hello". This is a best gift the wife and I have ever given ourselves at Christmas time. Since I've been this LUCKY, I need to buy a Lottery ticket and make reservations for !Vegas! More

According to our research we always end up with a reasonably good deal. In particular, we enjoyed working with Andre Borysiewicz. The facility leaves some to be desired, Schaumburg Honda would do well to update and improve their facility. The service department has very convenient hours, while we had only one car it was possible to have the car serviced late at night and never be without a car. More
