We were looking for a 2016 pilot and understood the inventory was low. John guaranteed he could get one. Came in and talked price. His first offer was well below what we thought we going to pay. He then said he could go down another few hundred dollars more. We agreed to the price. For a small up charge (500 dollats to be exact ) we drove out of there with an exact duplicate of the car we were willing to buy but this one was a 2017. John and the rest of this dealership understand that car buying doesn't have to be an awful experience and we will return everytime we want to buy a car. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!! More

Mike's estimate of all the costs was accurate to within $15 when we sat down and signed all of the paperwork. Tony, the finance person, was also excellent to work with. The price was competitive as we used other dealers, CarMax and Consumer Reports to ascertain an acceptable deal for our area and chosen model. Mike lined up the paperwork to minimize waiting and even ensured the vehicle was clean, gassed up and ready to go upon our arrival.
