Outstanding Service Advisor! Janet Estrada went out of her way to help me when I brought my 2014 Honda Accord in for service because of the "check engine light" warning. She kept Janet Estrada went out of her way to help me when I brought my 2014 Honda Accord in for service because of the "check engine light" warning. She kept me informed and patiently addressed my concerns. When it became apparent that I would need a loaner car, she took care of all the details and got me on my way as quickly as she could. I'm someone who does not understand much about cars and Janet made me feel comfortable with everything that was going on. I also want to give kudos to Service Manager Tim Stuart. He, too, took time to talk with me when I returned to pick up my car. Overall, Schaumburg Honda Service Department is excellent! More
