She kept me informed and patiently addressed my concerns. When it became apparent that I would need a loaner car, she took care of all the details and got me on my way as quickly as she could. Broken promises, unusual practices Tried giving a deposit to hold a vehicle, yet they would not take one, surprisingly. However, they promised to "hold" the vehicle. OK, sure. Then, two days before we were scheduled to come and see the vehicle and purchase it, we get an email saying the car has been sold. This is after working and agreeing to rough estimate numbers and even discussing taxes and financing. Needless to say, this was a huge disappointment and let down for us. I would not recommend this dealership as a result of it. More

I came out with not only a vehicle that I am extremely happy with (2016 Honda Accord Sport) but also received the ultimate car buying experience. Boti Maruta was referred to me from a friend and have to say I've never met a better "Salesman" before. He treated me like a friend, listened to what I said, and showed up in a way that most people don't. I wanted someone who would get in the boat and row it with me, not tell me what I wanted to hear, and he did just that. Once I had made the decision to buy Alan Rebledo (Finance Manager) made the process even smoother and got me out the door quickly. This dealership clearly knows how to relate to their customers and I would highly recommend anyone to visit them. 10/10 More
