When we decided to replace our 2016 Odyssey with a newer used model, we looked first at Schaumburg Honda as we have purchased other vehicles there. We have also used their service department for over 10 years and have been pleased with the service. Pat Mucia showed us a 2019 Odyssey in very good condition that had all the features we wanted. He explained the new features on the 2019 as compared to the 2016 and had us take an extended test drive so we could try to vehicle at different speeds. He also gave us the Blue Book Value for our 2016 trade-in. The final price plus the extra coverage for mechanical problems for the next 5 years was acceptable and we bought it that day. We would recommend Schaumburg Honda to anyone looking to purchase a new or used Honda. More
