Misleading My wife and I were shopping for a new car for her and found a new 2016 Outlander sport at Schaumburg Mitsubishi. I was in contact with the internet s My wife and I were shopping for a new car for her and found a new 2016 Outlander sport at Schaumburg Mitsubishi. I was in contact with the internet sales manager Reed Peterson who communicating back and forth for about a week quoted me a price out the door and I confirmed this was the agreed upon price prior to me and my wife before coming in and he said yes so I made an appointment with my wife to visit the dealer a week later on friday. We test drove the vehicle and my wife liked it. When it got time to verify figures the number Reed gave me was higher than what we agreed upon in emails when questioned Reed said it was his fault and he could not do anything. When questioned why he would of quoted me lower price online he had no response. He did not honor what he promised and let us walk with not even a Thank you for stopping by. Its unfortunate this dealer is under Mitsubishi because they make them look bad. As a warning to everyone stay away from this dealer. More

In 2010, I purchased a Lancer Evolution and stayed with them for any and all service. From my purchase date to my last day there I've always loved how great these guys were. Josh, Joe, Bob, Keith, Chris, Jason and any tech guy, parts guy, service and salesmen that I saw were always so great and friendly. I've never been rushed, pressured, and felt less than their number one customer. From oil changes, body work, warranty issues, and finally selling my car back to them. It was the best experience I've had with any dealership. Even when they're busy, they're their for you. I never had any problems with them and when things weren't fixed accordingly due to issues out of their hands, I knew they felt horrible and truly did their best to fix above and beyond what was needed for customer services. This place is aces! I will recommend any one to come and get your car serviced here and purchase from them. Take care guys! I'll come by to visit even though I don't need service. Joe! Service Recall was not accommodated. This was my first experience dealing with a dealership. I have owned a Mitsubishi for over 4 years now. I have been a huge fan of their work of art. H This was my first experience dealing with a dealership. I have owned a Mitsubishi for over 4 years now. I have been a huge fan of their work of art. However, Mitsubishi in the city of Schaumburg made my experience a nightmare. The received letter stated to make an appointment to any dealership preferably nearby. The day of the appointment, there was drastic measures i had to take on in order to make the appointment. They were informed i would be late. They were understanding for that which was a good start. When i had arrived andwas told to drive my car inside where they had appointed me to, they went and carefully examined my vehicle and stated they will call me when they were finished with the service. "Should take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour tops". I felt certain they would take of the issue. I receive a call 20 minutes to half an hour. So i figured the car was finally finished and quick too. I walked inside and there the same gentleman who said it would be finished stated they car can not be lifted and that they would have to "jack the back side up" and it would be an additional charge. I felt here that because their lifts did not excel to the height of my vehicle that i should have to spend anything here when the company Mitsubishi sent out a recall which if not fixed could become a danger hazard on the roads. I later then asked to speak with a manager by the name of Thomas Hughes. Not only was Mr. Hughes not acknowledging me on the incident that had occurred and put his full attention to his worker. The gentleman who was assisting me from the beginning began to change his wording and sentences on what had happened and how it happened. That then and there was the realization of what kind of business Mitsubishi is running. As i tried to professionally inform Mr. Hughes that this should not be the case and that his workers are not being truthful here. He proceeded to tell me to leave the premises. This had gradually escalated from a simple recall to a very disturbing and wasteful morning. I never in my live have been treated so unfairly and noticed the corrupt procedures within a business. If there is a future reason to why i must attend a Mitsubishi dealership i hope to never experience that again. Sincerely, Dan More

Additionally, the finance staff (Chris and Mike) managed to find us a lower interest than what was being offered by our local bank. We've only visited two car dealerships in recent memory (Ken Nelson, Dixon, IL & Schaumburg Mitsubishi) that did not use pressure tactics or try padding the purchase order. Thank you for the great service, courtesy, and for saving us some money. Highly recommended! More
