Alex was more than happy to let us test drive multiple cars and explain the differences on packages and models. He was very patient and helpful. More

If you need a car, you need Jeremy King at Schomp BMW. Never been easier. Bought two cars this summer from him. He is respectful, knowledgeable and and ensured I got the best deal I could. Prepaid Maintainenance Package, Robbery Bottom line, we were fleeced in the sales process and paid $2,400 for $650 worth of services, and now, my 5 phone calls and 3 emails are going totally Bottom line, we were fleeced in the sales process and paid $2,400 for $650 worth of services, and now, my 5 phone calls and 3 emails are going totally ignored and unanswered by the staff. We've loved our car - just not our dealership, and now find their advertisements about the "straightfoward process" and "1 rep, 1 hour, 1 price" ideas very disingenuous. Here's the background, if you'd like the full history to understand why this review likely isn't an isolated, one-off experience. My wife and I purchased a certified BMW X1 At the time of purchase, our sales rep offered a prepaid service package, which would cover routine maintenance and services through January, 2020. We asked which routine services would need to performed during the coverage period, based upon an average driver's miles (~10K/year). Our rep was new so she called in a sales manager to help. The manager went down to the service department and had them print out a list of services - multiple oil and filter changes, brake rotor and pad replacements, spark plug replacement, cabin filter, etc. - along with the price for each service, which totaled more than the $2,400 cost of the prepaid service package. We were told we'd not only save money by prepaying for these services, we'd guarantee our rate, as services rates can increase over time. This seemed like a no-brainer, so we purchased the package. Up to this month, we've received two oil changes (roughly $125 each) and spark plug replacements (roughly $400), for a total of $650 in services. They tell us, "Sorry, the CBS (condition-based servicing) monitor in your vehicle says you don't need services," and refuse to perform the "prepaid services." Another service rep told us, "If you drive your car like xxxx and really beat it down, maybe we'll be able to do some brake work before your package expires in January." Again, the bottom line: we were fleeced in the sales process and paid $2,400 for $650 worth of services. Be smarter, learn from our experience, and either avoid Schomp, or don't let them take you to the cleaners. More
Lovely dealership. Ian was very helpful with his time, education and information on BMW products. Not pushy, but perfect timing on follow up and contacts education and information on BMW products. Not pushy, but perfect timing on follow up and contacts More
Mediocre at best I wanted to buy a used 2018 BMW X3 M40i and went to this dealership to see what they had to offer. Needless to say that their sales department needs I wanted to buy a used 2018 BMW X3 M40i and went to this dealership to see what they had to offer. Needless to say that their sales department needs a lot of work. First off, about 5 seconds after meeting the saleman I had spoken to on the phone, I get 'handed off' to a junior saleman in training. First mistake. Then I start working with him and test drive one of their used vehicles. He was fairly knowledgeable of the vehicle and took the time to show me all the features. The price looked fair until I found out it didn't come with any factory warranty and that I would have to pay extra for it. So, why would a BMW dealership not sell a clean CARFAX vehcile as certified so that the customer knows the dealership stands behind their product? That's a red flag and the 2nd mistake. Then we start talking price for maintenance - no plan is included and I would have to spend another +$800 for a regular plan - on top of the extended warranty that I'll have to buy for +$3000. Then I find out that not only have they markup the price on most of their vehicles (new & used) with BS dealership and preparation fees, they won't negotiate whatsoever, nor would they give me a fair value on my trade-in. Wow. The 3rd and last mistake. They struck out and I left the dealership. Too many red flags and it felt like a barter session instead of working with a dealership to buy a car. Now I know why people go up to other dealerships to buy their BMWs. If you want a fair price and a saleman who isn't trying to rip you off, take the time and go to another dealership, or better yet, for a new BMW, take the trip up to Denver. You will find a lot better deals, save thousands of dollars - trust me, it will be worth your time! More
