Car broke down 10 days after purchase I purchased my vehicle on 8/5/19 on 8/16/19 car won’t start and check engine light is on. Called the dealer my salesman no longer works there talked t I purchased my vehicle on 8/5/19 on 8/16/19 car won’t start and check engine light is on. Called the dealer my salesman no longer works there talked to another salesman who was going to talk to a manager and call me back. Meanwhile I’m stranded and haven’t heard back from the dealership going on 2 hours. I Will never purchase a vehicle from this dealer again!! More

Very good experience with Conner! I did not feel pressured what so ever when I came in for a test drive. I liked the pricing on the low end of the value, as negotiating is not my thin I did not feel pressured what so ever when I came in for a test drive. Excellent service from Matt Mueller I didn't buy my car at Schomp BMW, but it is the only dealership I will bring it to for Service. The last several times I've worked with Matt Mueller I didn't buy my car at Schomp BMW, but it is the only dealership I will bring it to for Service. The last several times I've worked with Matt Mueller (Service Manager) and have had nothing short of an exceptional experience. Even when I had to have my car towed in under emergency conditions without an appointment, Matt worked so that I could get a loaner if needed. He is also excellent at keeping you up to date on the status of the service. All in all a very positive experience for a negative circumstance of an unexpected repair! More
