From my initial contact with the service department, multiple follow up callbacks and emails from Lorenzo, low mileage loaner vehicle and finally discussion with a mechanic to understand the repair ticket and work completed - all I can say it outstanding. The facilities are immaculate, the people you meet in the showroom and service center are friendly and always professional, and ultimately return your vehicle in better condition than when dropped off. This is my fourth vehicle from Schomp (2 Honda's and 2 BMW's) and I have always been extremely happy dealing with this organization. More
