Miles is awesome to work with. Not only is he patient; but he's also knowledgeable and honest - unfortunately, all traits that many in vehicle sales lack nowadays. When I purchased a vehicle from him, Miles took the time to allow me to test drive different models, explained the key differences, provided recommendations and suggestions on upgrades, and I feel as if he was on my side when it came to working out a deal with his management. Working with Miles was a pleasure, especially because he knows his cars well - everything from fun cars like Jeep Wranglers, to fast and luxury Euro cars. Another reason why I think Miles is awesome... My nephew, who's 19 has been car shopping; but he really wants something with a manual transmission and within a student budget - I was happy when Miles took the time to help him look vs other places that literally told him to come back with a parent. I'm glad Miles has patience and a positive attitude when it comes to dealing with people since that creates long-term relationships vs annoying sales people that just try to push one to make a decision and/or walk away if they suspect a person is not buying something. More

Have purchased several autos (new and used) from Schomp in the past and have had a very good experience each time. My most recent purchase of a pre-owned auto was no different. As far as the rest of the experience I would like to push caution to potential futu experience with our Schomp salesmen, Jeff Hanson. Thank you Jeff. As far as the rest of the experience I would like to push caution to potential future buyers. I had recently bought a 8 year old truck from Schomp. Before buying we had a 3rd shop overlook the truck and send me a report. A report came back from Christian Bros calling for over $5,000 worth of repairs needing to be done. Schomps recon department denied that most of these repairs really needed done, come to find out after recieving the vehicle that was not true. Schomp recon said " no the transmission fluid isnt dirty at all an no there is no play in the ball joints" Guess what ? Dirty transmission oil and worn ball joints. I just dont understand why they didnt just take care of the small things that needed done instead of blatantly lying to my face about it to make a sell. We feel like we were taken advantage of. Schomp and I discussed it and came to an agreement that not all but some of the repairs would be done. My request was to at the very least have everything thats a safety concern fixed and I will take care of the rest.Well here we are a couple of weeks later and no response from Schomp in the matter. Looks like this mistake will have to come out of my pocket, I urge you to not make the same mistake. More
