Matthew Rebeck is the most amazing manager and human being I’ve ever come across. He is very attentive and will literally solve any problem you have when it comes to your vehicle whether it‘s from the s being I’ve ever come across. My assigned rep was out so it took a long time to reassign me a new service person. I was given a loaner and they called me that afternoon to say it was repaired. Very grateful. I had asked them to if they would vacuum the car and they said of course but it was never done. It has started to vibrate again. I just called back to reschedule and they don't have a loaner for 2 weeks. The girl that answered the was not interested in helping at all. I was not going to complain or call on my experience with my first visit and it Covid has been an issue but now with the lack of customer service or help with my issue I felt like I needed to reach out. I left a message for the service manager to call me and hope that he will. So disappointing. I manage a large office of over 250 salesman. I am in the sales and service business myself and try and teach my team that customer service is number one. So disappointing. I had a choice in dealerships. It has not been a great start! More
