Sam Nejad and Seth Carmitchel-Ewing were super helpful during the ordering process and informed us thoroughly of the options (even contacting BMW NA regarding some options), provided answers for our questions, and then gave updates on the order/manufacturing status without delay. After the car arrived, Sam clearly informed us of the options for tint, clear bra, and accessories and had our requests all knocked out for a quick turn around after the car made it to Denver. Sam, Ben Brahler, and Corey Tram stayed at the dealership after the typical closing time to make sure we had everything set up in our new car the evening of delivery. Corey, a BMW Genius, went through a fitting amount of setup for the many functions of the vehicle, focusing on the the safety and access features that were new to us.
