Sportline Hyundai never contacted us after the lease to see if everything was ok. We still do not have the 2nd key for our new Santa Fe Sport and the salesperson had never contacted us after the lease to see if everything was ok. We still do not have the 2nd key for our new Santa Fe Sport and the salesperson had trouble enrolling us in Bluelink. He was going to do it at the the beginning of the week (we leased the Sport on Saturday, 8/13), and then contact us the following Monday (8/15) regarding the missing 2nd key. I left him a voicemail on Monday and Wednesday, but never heard back. Finally another salesperson emailed me on Friday (8/19) asking us to wait until the following Monday or Tuesday so they would have time to locate the 2nd key. I never heard back from him the following Monday or Tuesday (8/23). After sending 2 emails, he responded on Thursday (8/25) to say another key is being ordered. We are happy with the Sport, which is the 4th Hyundai we have leased. We leased the other 3 Hyundai's from Hyundai Auto Nation in Thornton, but there inventory was very low this time. If we lease another Hyundai it will not be from Shortline again. Overall our experience with this dealership has been unsatisfactory. More
