Then I revived an email from Delia Helms, let me know that she would love to show me the car. I contacted her by phone and by the time I got to the dealer, say 30 minutes she already had the car in the front warm and ready to test drive. What a doll! She was so polite and professional. I really enjoyed working with her on my new car purchase. She even stayed late to go over all the car features and technology that the car offers. She even helped me download the blue link app to start my car from my phone...pretty cool. I didn't like how several other sales people had no regard and were willing to steal me as a customer even though I told them I was there to meet with a "Jo" or "Joseph" or something like that. That should be addressed as it reflects poorly on the dealership. Otherwise, I can only speak highly of my sales person, Yoseph Albouria, and his Sales Manager (who's name escapes me). I would not have worked with or bought from the other sales guys that approached me that day. More
