After my great experience, I told my wife Kim about her as we were looking for a new SUV with our 2nd kid on the way, Amanda was my first call due to the way we were treated weeks prior when I received my car. Once again, she was so personal, friendly, and a main difference is that Amanda creates a truly personal relationship with her clients. That is so rare in my experience, especially these days. The greatest experience I have ever had at a car dealership. I had an amazing experience at Shortline Hyundai on Havana. The staff was amazing and helpful and worked with our financial situation as well as tended to our specific needs in an extremely professional manner. Our salesman Fernando was extremely professional and did a great job showing us our options and explaining the details of the auto loan. Gabe and Tony from Finance were excellent and extremely professional. They got us in and out and found us the best finance rate possible even though it took almost 5 hours to find a good option. They stuck through it with us and we ended up walking out the door with a brand new Elantra that we love. We would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone on the market looking for a new car. We had a great experience and may actually be going right back to purchase another car from them within the next couple of months.
