I selected Schomp because of their good reviews even though they were far from me. Andrew responded to my online query on Aug 11th. He was very friendly. I selected the wrong vin which was scheduled for though they were far from me. Andrew responded to my online query on Aug 11th. He was very friendly. I selected the wrong vin which was scheduled for September and on confirming the color Andrew told me they will be receiving the model in black in August end only. There was a delay in my scheduled delivery, but Andrew explained the delay as the SUV was already in Colorado just waiting on 3rd party delivery. He updated me regularly and answered my all queries throughout the process. The whole experience was online, and Andrew delivered me the car at home. He was never pushy and explain the benefit of choosing the extras if I want them. Will highly recommend Schomp and their Client Advisor especially Andrew. More

Dealing with Schomp Hyundai was quite simple & straightforward. Despite the inventory challenges, the associates were very communicative and quick to respond to my inquiries I’m on available inven straightforward. Anthony was very courteous in taking me through test drive to purchase. Thankfully I wasn’t surprised with dealer markups, “mandatory added accessories”, nor getting a vehicle sold out from under me. Once I determined the vehicle I wanted with intentions to buy, everything was smooth sailing. The only knock on my experience would be the technology challenges and staffing delays. The computers that were used with the salesman & I were quite slow and documentation took a fair while to process. Other than that, I’m very pleased with my experience More
