Did a lease buyout and with great planning in advance, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I was delighted how smooth the transaction was. Alex Zavala, through whom I bought my car, presented me with options, he did not sell a car. He of course helped me decide that I wanted to buy a new car, but with no pressure.
