Robert Harris Service Adviser went the extra mile and then another 100 miles to adjust the hood on my new Elantra. At first we did not get results with the body shop. We ordered a Tucson Hybrid from Attila several months ago. He did a fantastic job with updates and we finally picked it up yesterday. It was exactly what we ordered and the dealership is the most customer-oriented I have ever dealt with...hands down. Very nice dealership with more free snacks & drinks than I've ever encountered before. (They get the deal done so fast, you're not going to eat or drink much anyway). We dealt with Attila ONLY! No BS being berated by 3 or 4 different people trying to high-pressure you into purchasing hybrid synthetic blinker fluid etc. Attila sent all the options for extended warranties and packages the day before so we could have time to look them over and decide for ourselves. He spent about 5 minutes quickly going over the options with very little pressure. We were in & out of there with our new vehicle in less than an hour. The longest delay was probably the 10 minutes it took him to print out a temporary license plate and install it. He suggested we spend the time in the vehicle exploring it and finding anything to ask him questions about. He couldn't have been more pleasant, professional, and efficient. Attila & Schomp are the best! It was such an easy, quick & painless experience.... I was literally shocked. Right before we left, my wife said, "Is that it? Did that really happen? That was so painless. I hate dealerships, and Schomp is amazing!" We drove an hour and twenty minutes to get there, and maybe spent 50 minutes there. They don't charge those infuriating dealer fees which are ubiquitous (except Schomp) and usually $500-600. They sold us the car at msrp when other dealerships were marking them up $2500-5000, so we saved a minimum of $3000! I would rate my previous favorite dealership about an 8 or 9 out of 10. They are really great. However, Schomp is a 12! They are greater than great! I'm just amazed by them. I don’t plan on buying from anyone else in the future, they are that impressive. If i were interested in purchasing a vehicle brand they don’t sell, it would heavily influence my final choice in vehicle brand. Thanks Schomp! Thanks Attila! More
