I reached out to Alex a week ago. We did a lot of emailing back and forth about the vehicle and he said to let him know as soon as we could take time to head up to the dealership so he could take tim emailing back and forth about the vehicle and he said to let him know as soon as we could take time to head up to the dealership so he could take time with our family. We were considering a used Elantra. Once we arrived, we were greeted multiple times by other employees and checked on while we waited for Alex (who was finishing up with another client). We discussed the used Elantra vs the new, the rebates, and options. Ultimately (and not planned at all), we purchased a 2021 Elantra for our 16 year old daughter. Alex took the time to sit with us and our daughter going over prices and monthly payments. This was really important to us bc we are having her pay for half her payments. So making sure she could afford it as well was important. Alex then took the time to sit in the vehicle with our daughter and show her how everything worked! Kristin had the car I wanted to look at pulled up and ready when I got there so i didn't need to wait for anything. I had been pre-approved by my bank for a loan, but the finance department found a bette ready when I got there so i didn't need to wait for anything. The service was wonderful from start to finish and Kristin was very friendly and helpful. The entire process took less than 2 hours. I would highly reccomend Schomp to my friends and family. More

We looked at a vehicle on a Saturday at an hour to close. We liked the vehicle but did not feel it was wise to rush through the purchase to finish before closing. We emailed Monday night stating that we wanted the vehicle then emailed again Tues morning before they opened restating that we wanted to purchase the vehicle. We submitted deposit paperwork with schomp and spoke with the salesman to ensure he was aware of our intent to buy. He agreed and we began the process of withdrawing funds for the purchase. After spending the morning working on the purchase and being told it was ours, two hours later the salesperson sent a text to say they had sold the car to someone else. They couldn't be bothered to pick up the phone and speak to us to deliver the news. Not professional practice at all. More
