Drove 6 hours round trip only to find out the car I wanted to purchase was not fully disclosed over the phone. Sales rep bold faced lied and stated he didn’t see the damages prior to me coming up but w wanted to purchase was not fully disclosed over the phone. Sales rep bold faced lied and stated he didn’t see the damages prior to me coming up but when there is 4 inches of steel showing on the A pillar, the trunk lid heavily damaged, fog light broken, rear bumper cracked and to top it off in the inspection letter told me “there is $1,800 in repairs but don’t worry you can easily fix those yourself or get a buddy to do it for way cheaper.” None of those $1800 in repairs are related to the cosmetic damages I stated earlier. For a dealer to say they are fully disclosing everything and for me to waste 6 hours of my life just feel really disrespected. Stay clear of this dealer at all cost is my suggestion. More
