The salesman (Attila Szabo) replied within a few minutes, and he also sent a video that he made on the spot to give us a virtual tour of the car. His knowledge of the make and model was exceptional, and he was very attentive to our questions and provided overall outstanding customer service. Attila lived up to the "One Price, One Person, One Hour" business model that the Schomp dealership uses. My wife and I were very comfortable throughout the entire process and are very pleased with our purchase. He was very patient with my many questions and had ready answers for each one. I also dealt with Jin in the Service Department. He was very easy to work with and helped to fix up a few minor things. He was very knowledgeable about the repairs. You can tell that the staff at Shortline take great pride in their work, and they should. The dealership's policies made it so much easier and less stressful to purchase there. Shortline's 48 hr return policy gave me a lot of peace of mind. All in all, I feel that the company policies and amazing staff made buying a new car a great experience. 10/10 I would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. More
