The dealer representative, Anthony Williams, was nice and friendly. The reason my rating wasn't excellent was because the manager (I'm not sure what his name is) jacked up the price 53 dollars from price he gave me about a week before. I didn't buy the car at that time because I just wasn't ready. He should have let me buy the car for the offered price a week earlier. Other than that I am very happy and would do business here again. They even helped my get my new car home. Fantastic!!!! More

They were very honest and fair, so I felt comfortable going back to them. I checked online prior to my visit for the value of my vehicle. I had a good idea what my vehicle was worth - or at least close to what it was worth. The guy I spoke to that set up the appointment wasn’t there when I showed up, but Matt Sims was, so he was the one that ended up helping me. I can’t say enough good things about him. If this review was just for him, it would be 5 stars. Unfortunately, I also had to deal with the guy that handled the financial paperwork (signing off of the titles,etc). It was this guy that I found to be somewhat abrupt and brash. Considering it was the middle of the day during the week, it wasn’t super busy. I’m not sure why he was like that. Maybe other people are OK with that type of personality, but he rubbed me the wrong way. I would give 5 stars to Matt Sims, but I had to take one away because of the other guy. More

We had already viewed two Subaru's online and knew which two cars were were interested in. Lorrie not only showed us both cars and explained the differences and similarities between the two, she also spent time to talk with us and find out which of the two cars would be better suited for our family. Once we decided that the 2016 would be the bet choice, Lorrie got us both some coffee and we went through the process very quickly and efficiently ensuring that we were capitalizing on all applicable specials and discounts. Since we have worked with worry there have been no issues with the car and she followed up to ensure we were happy with our decision. This was the best experiences I have ever had purchasing a vehicle and would recommend this dealership and Lorries help to anyone in the market. More

Lies and Excuses I contacted this dealership in good faith to ask if they had specific makes and models and COLORS (black and brown) in stock. The salesman said yes I contacted this dealership in good faith to ask if they had specific makes and models and COLORS (black and brown) in stock. The salesman said yes he had multiple vehicles left on the lot in the colors I wanted so I came in for an appointment. When I got there he did not have the cars I was looking for, and by that I mean the make, model and COLORS I specifically asked for: black and brown. Silver, red, and orange are not black and brown. The salesman tried to upsell me on something he did have in stock (a higher-end black car) and I said I would compromise if the price was right, I thought I came to an agreement as I was very clear about the price and even wrote it on a piece of paper (to which they agreed and I repeated it numerous times CLEARLY). Unbeknownst to me they added 5k to the price and tried to trick me into paying it at the very end of the transaction. They wasted my entire day and I walked out without purchasing the car. Based on what I experienced, they are not an upstanding dealership at all and I am reporting it to the proper authorities. I received an apology saying it was all just an innocent mistake on their part. Nope! This was a gross lack of professionalism and integrity. I was clear and honest every step of the way but they were not! This dealership continues to lie and make excuses instead of apologize for wasting my time and trying to price-gauge me. I would have purchased the car after being at the dealership for over four horus. The reason I didn't is because they refused to honor the agreed-upon price. More
