He's fast, friendly, and not pushy.. The only issue I had that was partially my fault as well is to be prepared when you go in to talk with the finance department. They wont lay out all of the details for you on the deal, its up to you to know them and ask questions. Especially as it pertains to extended warranties.. The finance dept. makes money off of extended warranties so they will try and sell it to you every time. Just know what youre buying before you agree, More
