Happen to be looking around for used cars near me and found one that piqued my interest here at Shortline Auto. I called them up and told them I’d be by to “look” at it; as I was walking in having no intentions of purchasing that day. Usually how it all starts, right? As I started to really consider this car – Raed (Sales Manager) sat down with me very patiently as I explained to him this would be my first car purchase solo and I had a mountain of concerns. He made me feel so comfortable by the end and that he truly cared about doing his best to give me the best options that suited me. Getting into the more detailed side of the purchase – the paperwork (again something I’ve never done at a dealership mind you) Tony Williams (Finance Manager) took much time in explaining to me everything I was signing since that was my biggest concern. Never felt rushed at all, we even got to talking about Texas and places we’ve traveled a few times! He made the whole process incredibly enjoyable. Ask for him! In the end I drove away with a brand new 2017 Sonata Sport Turbo for a deal I couldn’t refuse due to Raed and Tony. These guys made my first car buying experience a truly memorable one in the best way possible. Thank you so much for treating me so well and having what seemed like endless patience! More
