EVAN VOSS IS AMAZING. I hardly know what to say about him in a review; he genuinely went above and beyond in every single way possible. From the moment I submitted an interest form online to the moment he shook my hand and gave me the keys to my new car, I felt listened to, and like I had an advocate on my side. He was so fun to chat with throughout the numerous test drives he sat through. When a certain car wasn't available to see yet because it was still being reconditioned, he brought me to a different location to find a similar vehicle, just a different year, so I could check everything out. He had creative solutions, knowledge, and happiness to share. He answered every single question I had (and believe me, I had a lot), he showed me every possible combination of deals for the car I wanted to get to see what would be the best for me -- not the best sale for the dealership. He was funny, kind, and genuinely enjoyable to be around. If you want to find a car and avoid the stereotypical car sales experience, call Evan! The customer service is good, and honest to say, but that is not of an excuse to try and sell you items that are not installed on the car but they still want to push as a 'dealer option' even on cars that ar is not of an excuse to try and sell you items that are not installed on the car but they still want to push as a 'dealer option' even on cars that are not even on the lot. Tried to get the car, still in transit, but they insisted that the dealer options would be installed regardless. I do not want a tint on the windows or a clear bra on the car... I wanted the car without the extra options cost. I was clear to the sales agent that if they insisted on adding those options to a car that is not even in the lot I would walk out of the dealership. Per the sales agent, management would not sell the car unless they twist your arm into selling you their 'dealer option' with no option to say 'don't install'. This is the second time that I have had difficulty dealing with Schomp dealerships. They are already making a money on the car, why is it necessary to add another $1500 on 'dealer options' to make some more money? Taking my business somewhere else where I don't have to buy, or be forced to take, dealer options. More

I pre-ordered a 2022 CX-5, and while the car took longer than expected to arrive (due to the manufacture and out of their control), they made sure I was happy with my purchase once it did come, and even threw in a few extras to make up for it, really going above and beyond! Highly recommend this dealership and everyone there. More
