Best car shopping experience ever! Visited Shortline Mazda to do some research for my daughters roommate from England. Explained I was just starting, looking for someone else. Danika greeted warmly and want out of her way to explain several different cars features and set 2 up for test drives. No pressure. Came back with my daughters roommate several days later, Danika had 3 cars set to test drive ( different option pacakages). Our situation was a bit unusual with the roommate being from England. Danika did some quick research - got the finance manager involved and got valuable info from them. All while knowing that we were just looking now - and with absolutely no pressure. Before we left, asked for a lease quote, were very pleasantly surprised with the numbers. Still looking at a couple of other cars but Shortline, Danika and the CX-3 our at the top of the list BEST CAR SHOPPING EXPERIENCE IN 40years!!! More

Wyoming I dealt over phone and internet. I was from out of state. Everything as agreed to. The car did not have xm option as myself and Danika thought as a I dealt over phone and internet.
