WARNING: Schomp Subaru sold me an Outback with mismatched tire models (3 Pirelli Scorpion AS Plus 3, 1 Pirelli Strada), which directly violates Subaru's AWD factory specifications and risks destroying the tr tire models (3 Pirelli Scorpion AS Plus 3, 1 Pirelli Strada), which directly violates Subaru's AWD factory specifications and risks destroying the transmission. I have an urgent trip tomorrow early afternoon. For 3 days, sales management has been ignoring my emails and phone calls. Today, a manager promised a callback within 30 minutes to schedule a fix and completely ghosted me. Absolutely terrible post-sale customer service and zero care for vehicle safety. Subaru of America corporate case has been opened. More
