First time ever going into a Subaru dealership, and first time buying a car in 18 years. My husband and I had just moved from Manhattan, New York and did not have a vehicle for 18 years. Matthew (Matt) Caste time buying a car in 18 years. My husband and I had just moved from Manhattan, New York and did not have a vehicle for 18 years. Matthew (Matt) Castellano was a godsend in explaining the process of buying the vehicle and in helping pick what best worked for us. Matt is also a Subaru owner, which provided us with comfort as he spoke the Subie language. Additionally, Matt has been there for us even after the purchase in helping answer questions about our vehicle, extending our temporary plates, and general follow ups on how we are doing. Schomp Subaru really knows how to pick great employees that deliver exceptional service. More
