Great team that helped with a unique situation I had some negative equity in a vehicle I wanted to trade in to get back to even and Schomp was able to get me into a 2019 WRX pretty hassle free. Pay I had some negative equity in a vehicle I wanted to trade in to get back to even and Schomp was able to get me into a 2019 WRX pretty hassle free. They didn't tighten the lug nuts after an inspection Some of this speaks poorly of Subaru. That being said, at 36K I had both control arm bushings replaced at Schomp. Then at 41K I had a bad wheel beari Some of this speaks poorly of Subaru. That being said, at 36K I had both control arm bushings replaced at Schomp. Then at 41K I had a bad wheel bearing that was replaced in late April 2019. Schomp inspected the other wheel bearings and they said they were fine. A week later I noticed some noise coming from the front driver side and to me it sounds like a bad wheel bearing. I called them to get my Forester seen again but they wouldn't see me till June. I took it to a different dealer and the first thing they noticed is one of the lug nuts is missing (Locking Nut). Apparently Schomp didn't tighten the nuts properly. This is some of the most shoddy work I have ever seen. This situation endangered me, my family and the public. So here is what is going to happen. I'm towing the car to Schomp, where they will give me a loaner car. They will fix the car for free, including any damaged parts due to their unconscionable mistake. More

Also, you can enjoy high pressure sales for extended wattenties, wait time for the shop to perform a recall that could have been done anytime the week before you came in, and lies about my insurance company not covering original manufacturer's parts. Sorry guys, if I could have gotten this vehicle at another dealer without having to special order it, you'd have lost the sale. PS you did lose the chance of making money serving this car. More

New car purchase I had been researching a Certified Preowned Subaru for about a year, looking for one with low miles. Last new car purchased was in 1986. I clicked on a new car on their website and asked for the best price to compare new to used. To my surprise, I could get a new car for about $2000 more than a good used one. A trip to the Denver Auto show earned me a coupon for $500 off on a new car and that made about a $1500 difference. Daniel Worley responded to my inquiry and guided me thru the process. I had good credit and a good down payment so there were no issues to deal with there. I was abrupt at times with Daniel and his manager Tom Daniel, kind of standing my ground for what I wanted but no issues arose. The process took more than the advertised "One Hour". One day I came in to verify pricing and see what cars they had, next day I came in fill out credit info to save time and the day I came in to pick up car I was there for about 2 hours. Daniel Worley was a great guy, knowledgeable, friendly and easy to work with. I really enjoyed Matthew, the Subie Specialist, who showed us all of the tech features on the car. More
