I never felt I had to haggle. Fred was great to work with. I am not sure I have ever had such a smooth and easy time purchasing a car. Purchased a new Crosstrek!!! Our visit did not start off that great. We had been in communication with a sales rep via email and online, we advised him on when we would be coming Our visit did not start off that great. We had been in communication with a sales rep via email and online, we advised him on when we would be coming in, he let us know he had the day off but his manager would be there to greet us and help us with anything we needed. We show up and there is no manager either, come to find out he too had the day off or wasn't coming in until hours later. Thankfully Tom Karros was there and to the rescue. He was great with helping me get my Crosstrek and showing me all the different things it did. I am new to Subaru and he was super friendly and answered any questions I had. Only other down fall was the online rep had quoted me on a Cool Grey Khaki car (the one I really wanted) but come to find out there were none in the district so not sure where the online rep thought he was gonna get one. But again Tom was there to the rescue with my second choice color so I was still able to walk away with a car. I definitely recommend using Tom if you are in the need for a Subaru (not the online rep so much though) More
