One of the easiest, most incredible experiences I’ve ever had with a dealership. Our representative, “John”, shattered any stereotypes associated with salesmen, breaking the mold so remarkably that, all I co had with a dealership. John was straight forward, honest and willing to roll up his sleeves for the unexpected, going so far above and beyond any expectations, it literally rendered me speechless (quite a feat, my husband will assure you!). John not only sold us the truck of our dreams, but he made several phone calls in advance of our arrival—securing hitch installation through the champions at Council Hitch; setting us up with a GREAT salesperson from an RV Business; saving me more phone calls than I can even calculate— ALL in a means to assure safe, easy passage for my husband, and I, to make those dreams our present reality.
