He took the time to get to know me, understand what I was looking for and build a genuine relationship. He was always responsive, honest and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Bill Schrier also personally got involved when needed and made a point of following up with me to make sure everything was going smoothly. That really stood out to me. It’s obvious that Bill takes a personal commitment to making sure his customers have a great experience, and that kind of service is hard to find these days. Most importantly, the car was exactly as represented. I purchased it from out of state, so there is always some uncertainty when you’re buying a car without seeing it in person. When it arrived, it was exactly what I expected and I couldn’t have been happier. Schrier has an incredible selection of cars, but what really impressed me was the people. Bill and Chuck are genuinely great guys who care about their customers and take pride in what they do.
