Schumacher Buick GMC of North Palm Beach

My vehicle was in this dealership's service department for 3 weeks (July 3–24), during which time the dealership arranged a rental vehicle and represented that it would be provided at no cost while my veh for 3 weeks (July 3–24), during which time the dealership arranged a rental vehicle and represented that it would be provided at no cost while my vehicle was being repaired. That did not happen. Months later, I was charged $627 by Enterprise because the dealership failed to handle the rental billing correctly. Dealership staff acknowledged the error multiple times but repeatedly claimed it was resolved when it was not. The situation escalated to collections and ultimately required regulatory complaints and a formal demand letter before the refund was processed. This was not a one-time mistake—it was a prolonged failure to follow through on an acknowledged obligation. I waited to post this review until the issue had finally been resolved, which it was, over 3 months after the start of the process and after endless and unnecessary back and forth. Service issues happen. This was a breakdown in accountability and process. I would not recommend this service department based on my experience. More
