Charger for wrong issue and TREATED POORLY when returned Charged for a misdiagnosed and spoken to poorly due to my issue of a popping noise wasnt resolved and I was had returned over 5 visits then was told t Charged for a misdiagnosed and spoken to poorly due to my issue of a popping noise wasnt resolved and I was had returned over 5 visits then was told to return again by GMC which Kellie E. Told me I still have to pay for them to fix the noise because now she thinks it's the axle and I am responsible for the part and the labor was free. When I went to pick up my vehicle after she stated I needed to return it because GMC has not called back and I she has been paying for my loaner out of her pocket. When I arrived and mentioned the credit Jim her boss offered she stated o what credit we will use that toward the labor then and you still have to pay for the part. That's all Schumacher could do for you amd smiled in a nasty manner. More
