Managers Chris, and Frank were true example of a gentlemen and a scholar. They introduced themselves from the very beginning, and helped ameliorate the process, in closing my deal with my sales pers gentlemen and a scholar. I did share with the rep my other possible options of dealerships I was looking at...the rep had to mention it to him, and he made unprofessional comments about what I could do...what I will not do is do business with this dealership! Purchased a new Tahoe on Monday August 21st. Called September 6th to ask about my plates. The receptionist told me they didn't even have me in their system as buying a car. So clearly my plates Called September 6th to ask about my plates. The receptionist told me they didn't even have me in their system as buying a car. So clearly my plates and registration were not processed. Then spoke with Nolan (a manger) who gave me the typical sales run around. I explained that I'm leaving for two weeks and the temporary plate and registration would expire while I'm gone. He responded its not his fault I'll be away. No effort to correct there poor inefficiency. Just oh well there's nothing we can do. An over all disappointment and bad experience. More
