WHAT A PLEASANT SURPRISE !!! I am a repeat chevy leasor and I have become accustomed to being treated like a base - lease client and have always assumed that my sales staff wasn't making any money from my transaction so have accepted sub-par service. NOT HAROLD and NOT THE FOLKS at wigder. We walked in frustrated and knowing that the dealership would be closing it was a Friday night and we were late. This crew put me in a car with a payment that surpassed my expectations I didn't think I could afford what they gave me. This crew stayed will after closing and patiently processed my closing papers. They called the next day to ensure I was happy with the process. They even helped me out with a complimentary service call a week into the process. I cannot say enough about these guys. I will travel out of my way to do business with this group every time! Harold was just a great guy and steered me to the right choice. This dealership is a bit far from where I live BUT they are definitely worth the drive. The moment I came in the door, I knew that I had finally come to the right place. I was seen right away, given drinks, and asked about what I wanted. Everyone was friendly--from the receptionist to the managers. The best part about Wigder was the business ethics that their employees have--NO ONE pushed for extra gadgets to get added or extra services that you don't need. They were honest and did their best to get you the best discounts. After test driving a Hyundai Elantra, Ford Focus, and Honda Civic, I trusted no one I spoke with as much as I trusted Ed Goldstein of Wigder Chevrolet. Ed listened closely to my situation and needs and was very accomodating--even when I told him that I wanted to shop around at other dealers to see what other offers were out there. To be honest, one of the last things my family and I want to do is spend the day at a dealership buying or leasing a car.
