The worst car buying experience ever, they must be paying people to write good reviews because this place is terrible. This dealership is 100 miles from my house, i only found it because of this site {dealer people to write good reviews because this place is terrible. This dealership is 100 miles from my house, i only found it because of this site {dealerrater}, it's 2 to 3 hours for me to get there depending on traffic. ( there isn't enough space on this review to write all the crap we endured with this dealership so i will summarize it) when we got there ( my wife and daughter) there was some drama going on, they rushed us to a corner and said Sean would be with us soon. Well it turns out Sean and another car salesman were fighting over this jeep, the other sales person was so desperate to sell the car he hid the jeep and held the keys as his customer had left but said they might be back. So in a all glass corner office 2 managers and 2 sales people started yelling and slamming hands on desk and throwing people out of the office, yelling about firing people. My daughter was scared, my wife and I had no idea what to do, i never seen this in a professional environment. while we were there the other salesman kept walking around very angry, making a scene, He kept yelling at Sean about the jeep, slamming doors and being a huge jerk. I couldn't believe some higher up manager or supervisor didn't send him home. It was a very uncomfortable situation to be in, we already invested time, money and energy being there so we really did not want to leave. We should have left because things didn't get better. They then tried to reneg on our trade by offering less than half of what the said they would do, they held our old jeep hostage and demanded we finance with them ( we were pre approved through our credit union.) they kept us waiting until our bank closed to try to force us to finance with them for a higher int rate then my credit union, When we went to walk out for the 3rd time they said if we leave a deposit with a debit card we could take the new jeep home and come back when our credit union was open, I asked how long does the deposit take to go back into the bank , they said 2-3 days. When we came back to finalize the deal, they lost our old jeep and license plate,(turns out they sent it off property and didn't remove our plate. I asked about my deposit being returned and they said they started the process already. 2 days later I called and asked again about my deposit and they informed me they would be mailing a check and it could take 2 weeks. This place is a disgrace , why do they have to lie they told me they would put it back on my card, never said anything about a check, and when i asked them he said nope, we send deposit back by check. I said well cut me check and i will come pick it up, i got bills to pay. 5 days later the check was ready. I am pretty sure this dealership is going out of business, they don't have money, they don't have customers the 3 times i was there nobody was in the dealership, the service dept was busy though. I am not some one who likes to write bad reviews but i had to on this place. If i can help just one person not to have to go though this terrible experience , i will feel like i did some good in the world. More
this was the WORST experience i have EVER had getting my car serviced and i have been driving for OVER 50 years..... louis (i think was the name of my service advisor) was awful......he did NOT hear what car serviced and i have been driving for OVER 50 years..... louis (i think was the name of my service advisor) was awful......he did NOT hear what i needed done.......he was only concerned with getting me to buy new tires.....did NOT care about the recall i have on my car or the email i got associated with the recall.....he would NOT even address that issue.....he said, "that's not important".....he also refused to address the issue that my "air tire light" was on even though all the tires had adequate air in them and the light need to be turned off....he said, "that is not our responsibility to turn off the light".....he was absolutely miserable......BY THE WAY....i refused to buy tires from you....i brought the car somewhere else sharon......who actually has a position with Subaru.....was involved as well....she was the RUDEST person i have EVER encountered....she was condescending and dismissive and had zero patience for us and our questions.....she shut the door to her office in our face.....she should NEVER work in customer service.....your dealership should be ashamed of her behavior..... and to top off the worst car dealership experience i have ever had....when i called to speak to a manager about my experiences and all the horrible people we encountered and all the people who were completely unhelpful....i spoke to Jannet.....she did not listen to my complaints and did not do anything about the way we were treated....instead she tried to get me a discount on tires......she did not address the lack of customer service we received.....it was a waste of time speaking to her.... and the joke of it all.....kim curr emailed me to ask about my experience at the dealership....i sent her my exact review.....and she never responded.....i guess she didnt really how the customer service was!! I have worked with Art for over 10 years and have purchased 6 cars/trucks from Schumacher since 2010. In a world where loyalty and customer service has absolutely collapsed, I can honestly say that A purchased 6 cars/trucks from Schumacher since 2010. In a world where loyalty and customer service has absolutely collapsed, I can honestly say that Art is easily the best Sales/support/deal maker I've ever worked with. I was recently completely under water when I experimented with an Alpha Romeo Guilia Italian car. It was in the shop more than on the road. I told Art that I needed to get out of it and needed help. I wasn't expecting much after seeing what the car was worth at Car Max, Kelly BB, and even Ft. Lauderdale Alpha Maserati. None of them offered me enough money to be able to trade in and buy another vehicle. So I called my good buddy Art and he was able to not only take my trade for far more than anyone else was able to offer but he put me in one of the sweetest trucks I've ever had. I could not be more excited or happy with a car deal than I am today. Art is truly a deal maker and is the Art in The "Art" of the deal.
