STAY AWAY! ! I will never buy or lease a car from this dealership ever again! The finance team is sloppy at best; they messed up the original paperwork and I ! The finance team is sloppy at best; they messed up the original paperwork and I had to re-sign, the pay-off of my old car loan was 7 days late, they never emailed me the signed documents (as promised by the sales rep), AND the biggest one is they screwed me out of $495 dollars!! I emailed the executive sales manager with my concerns and he totally ignored me - a total classless move and a very bad business practice. The sales guy Ritchy is a solid hard working guy and I enjoyed working with him and have nothing bad to say. OVERALL I'd stay away from this dealership as there are plenty of other dealers out there that have it together and don't screw people out of there hard earned money! More

It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about both the customer and the quality of the work being done, but Ben absolutely does. I also want to give a big shout-out to Mike, who was equally friendly and helpful. His positive attitude and willingness to assist made the whole experience even better. It’s great to see a team that works so well together and truly puts the customer first. Thanks to Ben and Mike, my visit was smooth, stress-free, and genuinely appreciated.
